FOUND A STRAY?
If you have found a stray dog, please ask around the area in which the dog was found to make sure any neighbors don't recognise him. You can take your found dog to any vet hospital to get scanned for a possible microchip, and can also ask the vet if the dog looks familiar to them. We also suggest that you post fliers up at local vet offices & pet stores.
Here is a handy pet flier generator: http://www.petbond.com/flyerentry.php
Make sure you have scanned the local lost & found ads on Craigslist & the Classifieds.
We also invite you to post a "Found" ad on our Facebook page. Please include the date & location where the dog was found, a photo and a way in which people can contact you.
